Abstract: This submission contains reports from two projects the McMaster Research Shop completed for ABRAR Trauma and Mental Health Services: 1) An environmental scan of culturally competent mental health services for newcomers in major Canadian municipalities, and 2) an organizational theory of change. Both deliverables were used to inform ABRAR's mission/vision and strategic growth opportunities.
